Kairuz, 16 On Center, Inc. is a Bay Area based, licensed construction company that specializes in home remodels, fixer uppers, custom built homes, kitchens, bathrooms, and much more. Our mission is to create luxurious and modern homes at an affordable price. We value sustainability, safety, and most of all community.
